On the 2.4ghz I set up a WEP connection with 64 bit encryption for my wireless repeater (WNR2000). On the 5ghz i set up WPA2 for regular use. Unfortunately my computer does not support 5ghz or atleast i dont think it does.

I downloaded and installed the latesr firmware which did not seem to help. I corresponded via live chat with Linksys tech support. (The TL-WA854RE does not have an Ethernet interface, so you must complete setup using a wireless connection.) To do this, please navigate to the wireless connection list on any wireless device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone), and connect to the default TP-Link_xxxxxx network.
So my Actiontech router is my perimeter network (192.168.1.xxx) and my internal network is (192.168.11.XXX). If your setup is physically similar to mine, your problem is probably due to your Linksys router using the same subnet as your Actiontech router.
